September 9 2011 I realized I'd put on 30lbs since January 2010.
I drank far too much soda, taking in a huge amount of high fructose corn syrup and caffeine. So I decided to quit soda, eat healthy and exercise at least 5 times a week.
I only drink water, I eat a lot of vegetables and fruit and I don't overeat. I tend to have several smaller meals, and I snack on carrots or seeds to keep my energy levels up.
So this is my place to keep inspiration, to keep track on my progress and to hopefully inspire others to feel better too.
